A New Year

The start of a new year often comes with pressure to make big, sweeping changes – promises to go to the gym every day or to say “yes” to everything that comes our way.

This year feels different. For the first time, I’m genuinely happy with the year I’m leaving behind, and I don’t feel the need to reinvent myself. I’m not changing much at all – aside from committing to at least 10,000 steps a day!

Over the past year, I’ve grown into myself. I’ve been unapologetically me, learned to set boundaries, and walked away from situations that no longer served me. In doing so, I’ve created space for new opportunities and personal growth – and that, more than any resolution, feels worth carrying forward.

I have also started moving away from equestrian work, and more towards local businesses and brands. This is something i am very excited about! More to come on this!

For now, I am wishing you a very happy new year! Have a great one!
